Represented the St. Paul Port Authority and the seller with an opportunity for redevelopment. This was a 2.5 acre site that was re-developed into warehouse space.
VANDALIA

A 200,000 sqft redevelopment. Major tenants include Lake Monster Brewing. Represented the buyer in purchasing and leasing.

Represented the owner in leasing the retail portion of the Midtown Global Market. Started with a 60% vacancy and leased the space up to 95% occupancy.

845 Broadway was a 60,000 sqft redevelopment project. Anchor tenants are 612 Brewery, SpyHouse Coffee, and Core Power Yoga. Represented both buyer and seller in the purchase, was the leasing rep, and assisted in the development of The Broadway.
