The Quincy renovation will include pealing off the stucco exterior to reveal the brick. We are working with multiple users such as a distillery, cafe, and office users. Quincy St NE is owned and developed by R2 Companies.

This is a 250,000 sqft creative office with multiple unique spaces. It encompasses the classic brick and timber design.  The site sits on 8 acres and has up to 4 per 1000 parking ratio. The property's tenants include BauHaus Brew Labs,  Sociable Cider Werks, and Dogwood Coffee.
