Our Misson
Urban Industries was formed to pursue the passion of urban renewal of one-of-a kind spaces. We create environments that bring together makers, artists, and office users while preventing the displacement of existing businesses.
Our Focus
We specialize in the identification of urban, distressed properties. Our ultimate goal is for companies to increase their employee satisfaction and therefor employee retention through the medium of abundant natural light and artistic space.

Building Common Areas
Common hallway design that incorporates art from the North East Art District. The common areas will also include bike lockers and showers to encourage a reduction in the carbon footprint.
Patio Space
Lots of green space. An additional outdoor patio area on the East and North side of the building for office users to use.
Pocket Park
A common park area will be created at Quincy St not only for the building users but for the community as well!
1325 Quincy Street NE, Minneapolis
The Quincy renovation will include pealing off the stucco exterior to reveal the brick. We are working with multiple users such as a distillery, cafe, and office users. Quincy St NE is owned and developed by R2 Companies.
Studies have shown repeatedly that natural light is the key to employee productivity and satisfaction. We understand this and as one can see from the renderings, and will install windows in the boarded-up areas of the building.
